Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all attachments and charging cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
